Rich in magnesium, fiber and antioxidants, dried and fermented seeds are great to eat (like one would eat almonds) or add as a topping to yogurt or dessert.
Some Fun Facts:
These beans are "roasted" below 118 degrees Farenheit (48 degrees Celsius) to preserve the naturally occurring nutrients many of which can be reduced if roast at higher temperatures.
Cacoa is actually considered a "fruit" and its pulp (the residue which surrounds the beans in the cocoa pod) is utilized for juice as it is sweet in nature (like with most other fruits). This juice is rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Magnesium and 8 other Vitamins - some have the opinion it could be the "next" coconut water phenomenon. We expect to offer the pulp by the gallon in coming for months (through out own extensive R&D our team has found it is great to add to smoothies).
